Whether you are a bride to be or wanting to start a skincare routine for 2026, here’s a simple, effective skincare guide for a bride-to-be, whether your wedding is months away or just weeks.

6–12 Months Before the Wedding (Best time to start)
Focus: Healthy skin, not quick fixes
  • Consult a dermatologist if you have acne, pigmentation, or sensitivity.
  • Basic routine is a must:
    • Gentle cleanser (morning & night)
    • Moisturizer suited to your skin type
    • Sunscreen SPF 30–50 daily (non-negotiable!)
  • Weekly exfoliation (1–2 times only)
  • Hydration: 2.5–3 liters of water daily
  • Balanced diet: Fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, protein
  • Sleep: 7–8 hours (beauty sleep is real!)

    • Body exfoliation once a week
    • Body lotion daily
